Shipping & Returns
In-Store Pickup
Orders are available for pickup Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
Customers will receive an email notification once their order has been processed and is ready for pickup at our Texas location.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 hours (Tuesday–Saturday) via USPS Priority Mail.
USPS Priority Mail provides an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days, depending on destination.
Shipping is available to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Rates are calculated based on package weight and shipping zone.
Returns & Exchanges
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or adjusted due to automated processing.
To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns submitted without an approved RMA will not be accepted. Please contact customer service to request an RMA before sending any items back.
Items must be in resalable condition—unopened, unused, and untampered—to qualify for a refund or exchange.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is unavailable during fulfillment, a replacement or full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
